Investigating interview

The Department of Special Investigation is to investigate Thaksin Shinawatra’s interview to The Times.

A DSI source told Bangkok Post the DSI board, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban, resolved on 25/11/09 to accept the investigation into the interview as a special case, reasoning that it was “an issue affecting the country’s security.”

    The lese majestic allegation to Thaksin of Time online interview, the main point is the Headline of that issue. However, there was a similar Headline by Bangkok Post dd. December 19, 2009. on page 7 Columm"Big Story" has headlined that "KING IN WAITING" which is the same meaning as Time online headlining. I doubt that why there is no any served dog barking that Bangkok Post did lese majestic law ? Another chapter of NO STANDARD OF THAI JUSTIC !!!!!
